- Eligibility: Once you purchase the course and exam, you will have a 90-day window in which to take the exam. This gives you ample time to complete your course, review materials, and sit for the exam.
- Exam Re-Takes: If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, a re-take can be purchased. After two failed attempts, a 45-day waiting period is required before you can attempt the exam again.
- Format: The exam typically consists of multiple-choice questions covering all the major aspects of PMO setup, management, and performance. It is designed to assess both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
- Certificate Issuance: Upon passing the exam, candidates will receive their PMO-CP™ certification, recognizing their expertise and readiness to lead PMO initiatives.
