Based on research from the Construction Industry Institute (CII), effective interface management enhances stakeholder alignment, increases project visibility, standardizes communication, and proactively mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle.
This self-paced course is one of the four foundational courses required to earn the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP)™ certification.
